You can make order as a guest and a login user

  • What is the difference of making order as a guest or login user?
  • Guest’s Cart: the cart will be clear if the browser cookie is expired, and also you can not view the cart via another device(mobile phone, pad,or PC), the cart only available in the browser which you use to choose products.
  • Login User’s Cart: it will exist all the time, if you log in other device(mobile phone, pad or PC), it will have the products you choose.
  • Order tracking: as a guest, you cannot tracking the order via web’s user control panel, only can view update (delivery tracking number, notice from the store and order status update information) via the email which you use to buy the product, as a login user, you can view the order details and update in web’s user control panel
  • Order next time: as a guest, you may need to input your address etc details again, but login user don’t need it, the system will help to input automatically.

How can I know the Shipping Cost or Select Shipping way

  • we offer DHL, TNT, Fedex, EMS etc shipping, which you can choose when you make checkout
  • if I have my account in the shipping company or you have forwarder, you can contact us to change the way
  • if my order have too much weight,for example over 100 kg, we can have a discount from shipping company

How can I make payment for my order

  • Payment by paypal, if you pay successfully via paypal, your order status will be marked as Processing , which you see in the account center ,or your email. if you fail, you can contact us to activate the payment process again in your order.
  • Payment by Western Union, Bank Transfer etc, our store sales will check after you make the order, if bank transfer, it is better to send us copy file of your transfer, it will take 3-5 working days to receive your transfer, if you pay via western union etc , we will check in 1-2 hours, after we receive your transfer, we will change your order status as Processing instead of On hold, also email you the changes of your order, and also give you shipping details later

How can I track my order after payment

  • you can go to our website if you have account to view details of your order status and message from our store
  • You can also check your email , we will send email automatically by system when your order have any changes,or have any notice from our store.
